If this is the first time you have installed the Great American Rate Disk, follow these instructions:

If you have previously installed the Great American Rate Disk, please follow these instructions:

Step 1: Delete the previous version. To delete place you cursor over the icon, Right click once, select “delete” from the pop up box.
Step 2: Download the file AIMSGALTC.EXE onto your desktop. There is no “Installation” required. Just double click on the Eagle icon and begin a proposal.
