Great American - FlexibleBenefitLTC Rate Disk Version 3.37 June 2009

* NOTE *
This version includes several changes based on changes in the overall Great American insurance program. Therefore, all saved proposals created from earlier versions (prior to 3.21) will NOT be readable by this release. Please open and record all needed information from proposals that are still working BEFORE installing this release.

Step 1. For best results, print out and read all instructions before continuing.

Step 2. If you are using Firefox as a web browser and have the program on your computer already, you will need to delete the old version of FlexibleBenefitLTC before proceeding.

Step 3. Click on this file FlexibleBenefitLTC.exe and be sure to choose "Save" on the download screen that comes up. (DO NOT CHOOSE "RUN")

Step 4. Make sure that "Desktop" is in the "Save In" box.

Step 5. Click on "Save" or "OK", whichever is available.

Step 6. NOTE! If you are upgrading from a previous version of the FlexibleBenefitLTC program, you will receive a message like
"C:\Documents and Settings\Desktop\FlexibleBenefitLTC.exe already exists. Do you want to replace it?"
This is expected. Click "Yes" to continue with the upgrade.

UPDATING YOUR SOFTWARE

We recommend that you check this site at the first of each month to see if you have the newest version of the rate disk.
